How to join

To join please complete the online form below and make payment of your membership subs. Alternatively, you can download the application below and email it to the join@norwichclimbingclub.co.uk or hand it to a committee member at Highball on a club night.

Membership costs £25 for the year, with subs running from September to the following September. Should you join after April, then the cost of membership is reduced to £15 for the period from April to September, reverting to the £25 annual fee thereafter. Payment is preferred to be done online, but cash and cheques payable to 'Norwich Climbing and Mountaineering Club' are also accepted.

We will email confirmation and the Club's bank details to pay your membership fee once we receive your application form.

The Norwich Climbing and Mountaineering Club will only use your personal information for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership. Only the Membership Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman will be able to access your details. As a BMC-affiliated club we will provide your name, contact details and date of birth to the BMC to administer your membership of the BMC including your combined liability insurance cover. The BMC will use your data to communicate with you about your membership. The BMC will contact you to invite you to create a ‘Member Profile’ which, amongst other things, allows you to set and amend your privacy settings. What Happens Next?

After submitting the form you will need receive an email from our Club Membership Secertary confirming your application and give you details of paying your application fee. Once you have paid you will then become a member of the NCMC and will be added to our email list.
